OEMSEA provides OEM and private label sourcing services. We act as an intermediary between buyers and manufacturers in Southeast Asia. All orders and payments are processed through MeruTech (Dubai, UAE).
You submit product requirements. We match you with suitable factories, provide quotes, coordinate samples, and manage production. Pricing includes our sourcing and management fee.
We conduct quality checks before shipping. If products do not meet agreed specifications, we work with the factory to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your product designs, formulations, and branding remain your intellectual property. We do not share your proprietary information with other buyers or third parties.
OEMSEA acts as a sourcing intermediary. While we vet factories and conduct quality checks, we are not the manufacturer. Product liability for end consumers rests with the brand owner (you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
