OEMSEA is operated by MeruTech, registered in Dubai, UAE. We provide OEM and private label sourcing services connecting international buyers with vetted manufacturers in Southeast Asia.

Information we collect

When you submit an RFQ or create an account, we collect:

• Name, email address, company name
• Product requirements and sourcing preferences
• Communication history related to your orders

How we use your information

• To match you with suitable manufacturers
• To communicate quotes, order updates, and shipping details
• To improve our AI matching algorithms
• To send relevant sourcing opportunities (you can opt out)

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary order details with manufacturers to fulfill your requests, but we never share your contact information directly with factories — all communication goes through OEMSEA.

Data security

Your data is stored on encrypted databases hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL) and served through Cloudflare's global network. We use industry standard security practices.
